Is this a backup service for my Twitter profile?

Yes it is.

Can I restore my posts or friends?

At the moment, Twitter’s API does not allow this. However, you can export all of your posts.

Why are there only 3200 posts archived?

This is a Twitter API bug; only your most recent 3200 tweets are searchable either via the Twitter API or the Twitter website. See this page for details on the limits of TweetBackup’s archive.

What's included in the backup?

All your Twitter posts (tweets) and a list with your friends (the people you follow).

I signed up for TweetBackup, but no backup occurred?

It can take up to 48 hours to build your first backup. If your archives do not appear after that interval, please contact us.

I'm seeing error messages. What do I do?

All errors are logged and reviewed. Please contact us for a more detailed status report on any error messages you receive.
